Analisis Kinerja Guru Dalam Lesson Study Dan Self-Learning Siswa Pada Mata Pelajaran Dasar-Dasar Teknik Otomotif Di SMK Negeri I Palangka Raya
Abstrak
Penelituan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis kinerja guru dalam implementasi Lesson Study dan dampaknya terhadap self-learning siswa pada mata pelajaran Dasar-dasar Teknik Otomotif di SMK Negeri 1 Palangkla Raya. Lesson Study adalah suatu metode pengembangan profesionalisme guru yang berfokus pada perencanaan, pengamatan, dan refeksi pembelajaran, sedangkan self-learning siswa untuk belajar secara mandiri. Penelitian dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode kualitatif dan data diperoleh melalui observasi kelas, wawancara dengan guru, dan kuesioner kepada siswa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan kinerja guru dalam menerapkan perencanaan pembelajaran, penggunaan materi ajar dan efektivitas pembelajaran sangat baik, hanya pada ketrampilan tekhnis dan penerapan strategi pembelajaran yang masih kurang dan perlu ditingkatkan. Sedangkan self -learning siswa cenderung rendah yang berbanding terbalik dengan self-learning guru yang cenderung tinggi.
